Super advice .. special dishes something different from the usual Venison tagliatelle with a sprinkle of cranberries, excellent quality products, not to mention the veal cheek and finish the desserts. All great price more than fair👏👏

Charming inn with rooms on the San Genesio Atesino plateau, it is part of the Sudtiroler Gasthaus group, a guarantee of tradition, typical South Tyrolean cuisine and conviviality.

Beautifully renovated inn with room and spa area, the latter unfortunately only open from 3pm. Great saunas, outdoor pool apparently heated to 29 ° all year round, from 3 p.m. totally in the shade. For us it was just plain cold. 25.00 for 4 hours - not even without it

We drove an hour to get to this place and it is worth all the miles traveled! the place is very intimate and refined, the qualified and kind staff, each dish an explosion of flavor while remaining faithful to traditions. I celebrated my birthday and they gave me a very pleasant surprise at the end of the meal. All really very good from appetizers to desserts!

Ate and slept very well a real relaxation. Staff? Always smiling and friendly, the view is beautiful and if you try you will appreciate the quiet. Great for families but also for couples for a dip in peace and tranquility. Rated 10 stars. Ps. For horse lovers, they also have a stable managed by Georg, with around 80 horses.

Unfortunately, the Hirschen team had a bad day yesterday, Sunday. Nothing was going on either with the service or the kitchen. Long wait. Guests who came after us were served before us. Didn't make a good impression. There were also weaknesses in eating. Addendum: I didn't say the food was bad. Only the side dishes had weaknesses. One dish is poor - with another dish a side dish is cold.

Very refined and elegant place, the food is very good and the courses are refined !! In the photo the goulash with a request to replace the dumplings with the wholemeal buckwheat polenta All the various courses are prepared with quality ingredients, the goulash was very tender and prepared really well !! The first courses are also excellent and are around € 12, the goulash is around € 15 then there are the second courses such as fillet, saddle of deer and so on which are around € 25 Wide choice from the wine list, the pinot noir of the area is excellent !!! The only negative note, last time for dinner is at 20:30 (which is always better to book!) ... already at 20:50 without a reservation they no longer make you sit down to eat. This is a bit of a Trentino classic, you can dine very early!

The inn al Cervo is a safety. Now I go there once or twice a month for lunch and it never disappoints. This review is all inclusive of all the times I have been for lunch there. Autumn, spring, summer. Inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace. We always eat well, we are pampered, and desserts are something stratospheric. A security.

After three hours of walking, we arrived at this restaurant. It is one of the best times to eat this abundant and delicious dish. The service is fast, the experience is excellent. I highly recommend it! I would gladly return!

Local member of the Südtiroler Gasthaus or Locanda Sudtirolese association, an association of selected venues with the best seasonal products from the local area with the care of South Tyrolean gastronomy. Rest day Wednesday. WiFi von password on request. Outdoor parking.

It is located a few minutes from the cable car. Typical welcoming environment, very polite and very kind. Spotless bathrooms and plenty of seating also on the terrace which has a fabulous view. The courses are delicious and abundant with average prices, to be honest I thought I was spending a lot more. I can recommend it and I rate it at the top!
